custody of a neice

my wife and I are thinking of trying for custody of our 13 year old neice. right now she is in foster care at night and the care of her step mother during the day. her father and mother have both been deemed unfit. my wife was a stripper for a few years to support her self. we are also in Nevada and they are in Utah. how likely is it that we would be able to get custody of our neice?

Basically you apply wih the courts in Utah for custody. She has probably been placed in foster care by the Utah Dept of Families and Social Services, with whom you would need to work. Your wife's prior employment would not be disqualifying. You may call for a free consultation on Thursday or later.
