Custody

my ex has sole custody of my boys. the oldest is now 22 and youngest is 15. she accepted a job out of state and has left the boys home by themselves. she only comes back to the state every other week for a weekend stay with the boys. what are my legal rights so far as getting custody of the 15 year old? i have been paying a full child support even for the 22 yr old who lives with her (i have not recalculated the child support even when my 22 old turned 18).

You can seek custody of the 15 year old, and may be entitled to credit for the child support you over paid. You should find out how long this is going to continue, and immediately ask your ex to allow the 15 year old to stay with you while she is out of town.
