Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
Dad moved out of state
My ex-husband remarried and moved out of state. I assume this automatically gives me sole custody. Should my child support be increased? Does he have the same visitation rights? Can I now claim all children on my taxes, instead of sharing that with my ex-husband (as stated in divorce decree)?

Depending on the formula used to calculate your child support may be able to be changed. Your right to use of the tax deductions does not change without a new court order.
