Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My daughter has beem married for 3 years, is now getting divorced. She has a son who was born before she got married. Her husband is not the biological father. What leagal rights does he have if any.

If she named him on the birth certificate, the person named is considered the legal father. If husband is not on the birth certificate he does not have rights.
