Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
day care expenses
In the decree it states that ''a daycare must be jointly desided, all day care expenses will be split in half if the day care does not allow special scheduling for both parents.'' My husband and I the step mother had our son in day care only 2 days a week on our weeks and full time on the weeks his mother had him. They allowed special scheduling. I am now a stay at home mom and the day care wont allow special scheduling anymore. So we gave the ex 6 different options for our son so that he didnt have to be in daycare or minimum attendence. She now wants to go to court because she does not want me watching her son, jealousy!
What are the chances of a judge say ''we have to pay for her to take her son to day care when their is a parent at home to watch him and or other alternatives?

Re: day care expenses
You will have to get a clarification of what was in the decree. There are no automatic rights for a step mother to watch the stepchild.
