Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Day Care & Utah Legal Services

If the custodial parent does not give me receipts or proof of payment for babysitting/day care within 30 days of this taking place, am I still required to pay? Also, how do I contact Utah Legal Services? I tried looking them up online, but I can't seem to find the correct information for them...Thanks!

You may still be obligated to pay, it depends on the language in your divorce decree. Utah Legal Services has offices in Ogden, SLC and Provo.
