Death of a spouse during divorce proceedings

What happens when a spouse dies during divorce proceedings, and a Motion to Review Judgment (filed but not heard) has been signed and entered? A Motion to Set Aside was filed, but not scheduled.

In India, under such circumstances,right to sue or continue proceedings on behalf of deceased does not survive. Accordingly, Judgment under review attains finality.
