debt and a utah divorce
in an uncontested divorce my husband and i do not have any joint accounts do we still need to list all debt on the papers and if i am currently unemployed do i need to provide past proof of income

It's always good policy to identify which party will be paying which debt. With respect to your income, it's only relevant if you're dealing with child support calculations. If you're unemployed, it is standard procedure to include at least the equivalent of full time employment working minimum wage.
