Going through a divorce

If most the debts are in my name (wife) can I call the creditors if they are marital debts like food pkgs, medical, furniture to make the Husband Liable on these debts also? What is the Law on this?

No. Your husband would have to agree to become liable. However, you can ask the court to make him liable for his share.
