Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Deposisiton of a mino

What procedures or forms do I need to complete in order to object to the deposition of a minor. The minor has been abused in the past and I believe that a deposition will be detramental to his/her well being.

Re: Deposisiton of a mino

You have to file a motion to quash the deposition. There are no forms for such a motion. The motion is very fact specific and must include citations to the law to show why the motion should be quashed. You should have an attorney assist you. Call for a free consultation.
