Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
I was deserted by my husband over a year ago, he has left me to pay outstanding bills, I caught him placing ads on pornographic dating sites on the internet with nude pictures of himself last spring, he constantly lies to me, not to mention all of the verbal abuse, etc. I need to get a divorce, but am not rich. Is there something or someone out there that can please help me clean up my life?

You can either file yourself at utcourts.gov or can hire an attorney to represent you. If you are without funds to pay your attorney, it may be possible to require your husband to pay your attorney fees.
If you are unable to retain an attorney, you can try to use the court's online assistance program. You may also want to contact Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake who assists people with little or no income in domestic cases.
