What is the law in the State of Utah on the division of 401K asset in a Divorce settlement?

The 401(k) amounts contributed during a marrage, from the employment of either party, are marital assets and are divided equally. It gets more complicated if a 401(k) existed prior to a marriage, if additional amounts were contributed during the marriage.
