Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
division of property
in an undisputed divorce case that was 18 years ago, the couple agreed to a split of 92 shares of stock. The spouse was paid, signing ''paid in full'' acceptance letter. Now she is going to court and wanting to see all the accounting. Can she do that?

Re: division of property
Yes, if she has reasonable cause to believe that she was deceived, and only learned about the deceit in the recent past. No if she has no basis for her complaint. Provide her what accounting you can get, save yourself some grief.
