Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

divorce, alimony & child support

I am trying to leave with my kids and my husband has taken me off of all the accounts, taken the keys to the car and I have no money what so ever nor do I have access to any money, what can I do to get some help right now, is there some emergency assistance of some kind that can make him give me some money for me and the kids and a vehicle, place to stay he won't let me have anything at all.

Please give me a call and set up an appointment to come in to see me. We should be able to help you. The court can order that you have access to your accounts, vehicles, etc. and possibly order that your husband contribute to your attorney's fees. My email address is [email protected].
