Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
divorce annulment
I had a divorce decree which said I had
alimony until I married again. I did
marry, but then had an annulment. Am
I still entitled to alimony from the
divorce?

Re: divorce annulment
The only way you could have reinstated alimony was to have joined your first husband as a party in the annulment case with a request to reinstate the alimony from the divorce case. If you didn't do that then it's too late to get the alimony going again.
