Divorce

My boyfriend, who I live with, is divorced and his ex-wife walked away from the house, giving it to him in the divorce. My question is what are her rights since her name is still on the mortgage?

If the divorce decree grants the house to the husband, he has all right to the house, including to sell it. The ex spouse still has liability on the mortgage, but no rights.
