divorce and custody

my left and took my kids to another state. she won't let me see them unless i agree to move to that city. i have decided that i can''t take anymore of her demands. she is delusional and spent time in a phsyc ward. what are my chances of getting temporary custody until we get to court

File for custody. You can file in the place the children lived for the last 6 months, or can try to file the divorce where you live and see if you can get custody that way. If your ex is a psycho you have a duty to protect your kids. Get started ASAP!
