Divorce decree

in my divorce decree i was givin possession of one of our cars it never said i had to put in my name either i had the car for a short period of time but the ex was harassing me about it so i gave it back but i need a car to get around can i legally take the car that was givin to me in my divorce

Probably. If the court order gives you possession you are entitled to it. I do not know the terms under which you returned it, which may make a difference.
