Divorce Discovery Issues

I have never presented discovery to my husband in my divorce proceeding. Now that we are approaching mediation, I realize that there is certain information that I will need from him to determne the exact amount of the unpaid entitlements the court has ordered him to pay. Also, I have email proof of an affair. Since there has been no scheduling conference and no cut off dates, can I still submit discovery requests?missions at this point of the proceeding?

Yes, however, if you are the petitioner you should also have a scheduling conference to set the parameters of discovery.
