Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My divorce was final in Nevada on 12/31/07. We lived in Nevada for 13 years. We no longer live in Nevada. My ex-husband lives in Florida and I live in Utah. In the divorce, my ex-husband was ordered to reimburse me for my attorney's fees and was ordered to pay Alimony. I have not received any money from him at all. How do I get this from him?

Soon he will be getting an inheritance from his parents estate when their home is sold. The home is located in Utah, where I live. Can I go after his portion of the inheritance for what is owed to this point?

You might be able to go after his Utah inheritance. It may depend on the terms of the trust or will that created the inheritance. The Nevada judgment will need to be docketed in Utah, and a garnishment filed against the sale of the house.
