I have been married 9 months. husband mother just passed away and now the inhertance is begining because both parents are desceased. I want to know if I am entitled to his portion of the inheritance?

Not unless you are specifically named. A spouse is only entitled to her share of marital assets. An inheritance is not a marital asset.
