Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

After my divorce an Order from a Commissioner was put into place regarding weekly visitation. The Order only addresses weekly visitation. It states nothing about holiday visits. When my ex wife has a holiday she exercises the visit but when I have a holiday she tells me there is nothing in the Order saying I have holiday visitation. My question is Where there is only an order regarding weekly visitation do I have a right to holiday visitation under the state statutes.

You will probably need to get the order amended. You will have to return to court to get an amended order. If the order is that poorly drafted, there may be other things that need to be changed.
