divorce settlement agreement

Exhusband signed contract stating I am to receive specified amount of retirement upon his retirement. He retired, moved, all without leaving any info where or when, and contract has not been executed. What do I do now?

You will need to go to court to get a qualified domestic relations order. That order is served on the holder of the retirement benefits, so you get your share when he retires.
