divorce in utah

My husband in filing for divorce and I just found out I am six weeks pregnant. Do we need to state this is the divorce decree, if so, how?

It would be wise to do so. Do not use the on line divorce proceedings. You should have a lawyer to whom you can talk about your options. Otherwise, you will just be back talking to a lawyer to fix your divorce.
