Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My wife kicked me out of her sisters house, and wanted me to get an appartment to take care of our kids 3 and 1. I was willing to do this until her sister told my wife to take everything from me. So I moved to san diego to be closer to my family, and now she wants a divorce. where do i stand
