Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I got a divorce 3 years ago it's been finalized for a little over a year. In my divorce decree it states my ex-husband should get all the proreties out of my name, he hasn't done that and was killing my credit so I went and took out bankcrupty thinking it would clear my credit. The bankcruptcy didn't so now I have a bankruptcy and I'm still over 200,000.00 in debt that shows on my credit. Is there away I can take my ex back to court and get those property's and sell them or live in the home sence I can't get a home myself?
