Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

am in divorce/custody mediation. found out my 13 yr old son working @ store, getting cash under table, working thurs, fri, sat, sun. approx 20 hrs/wk. isnt there labor laws in utah prohibiting this? thanks, jeff
