i got divorced last december and have the car 100 %. i cant afford it and the ex husband says that he will take it because it is still in both of are names on the loan. how do i go about getting it 100 % his responsibility?

The party taking the vehicle will have to get the financing company to release you, or refinance the car with another finance company.
