Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I have been divorced for 3 moths and now my exhusband is trying to have our divorce set a side is there a time fram that he has to do that in for the state of utah and is there anything i can do to keep it from being set aside?

He has exactly 3 months from the date the decree was entered to file a motion to set it aside. If it's beyond the 3 months, the court shouldn't grant the motion. You certainly have the right to challenge or contest such a motion.
