Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I was divorced in Tooele county. I was married 19 years. The divorce decree states i must pay $500 per mo in alimony to my ex-wife for 19 years or until she remarries to a member of the opposite sex. Since the divorce, she has admittedly become lesbian, works a full-time fed gov job, has been cohabiting with her lover for nearly 9 years, etc. Can I file a motion to modify and cease my ordered payment of alimony?

Cohabitation in a lesbian relationship is cause to terminate alimony. The theory is that when someone takes in a permanent partner that expenses are shared and the additional support from a former spouse is terminated.
