If my divorcee decree says "The parties are to share equally the cost of any work-or school-related day care" does this mean I have to pay have of lunch at my daughters Jr high and her registration fees?

No. That means that you and your ex share the cost of day when the child must be in day care when the custodial parent is working or going to school. It has nothing to do with school lunch.
