divorcing while adopting

I recently learned that my husband was having an affair and when confronted, he stated that he wanted a divorce. We are currently in the process of a Haiti adoption. I am wondering how this will impact my adoption. My husband has agreed to stay married on paper until our daughter comes home, but I am a bit uncomfortable with this. What are my options?

You must reveal this information to the adoption agency and the courts. You should not go through the adoption. THe child needs a stable home, with two cooperating loving parents. You should not bring a child into chaos.
