divorcing someone that now lives out o' state

i am seperated and have 2 minor children my soon to be unco-opertive ex. resides in oklahoma she will not work with me to get divorced and will not allow me to see my kids,what can i do if anything without her co-operation to get divorced?(seperated 6 yrs.)

If you have been a resident of Utah for more than 3 months, you can file for divorce here. Utah will give a divorce, even if one spouse is uncooperative. However, you will probably have to go to OK to get visitation rights enforced, so it would be best to do everything there.
