File a petition with the courts and showing the court that you can care for yourself, including being able to earn the money necessary for your support. However, you may want to consider getting into counseling and see if you can address the issues which cause you to want to live on your own. You would likely be far better off if you can solve some of these problems and get some parental support to finish your education and maturity before you take off on your own.
