Need help now Emergency custody-how

My ex has sole custody. He is emotionally unstable (though never diagnosed) This past weekend, daughter told him she wants to live with me (she is failing school since divorce was final-4 mo ago) He argued with her, she locked her self in bathroom. I had her on one phone the entire time (5 hrs) and my therapist on the other to get her thru it. (He is a cop so calling 911 would have been worse for her-he knows what to say to manipulate the situation blaming everyone else) He finally left her alone but the entire time saying things like her mom is the devil, there is no spirit in her mom's home, that she will never see him again if she leaves, that he will not allow her to see his family,etc. she is depressed & was diagnosed as such. I have her with me now. He said if she decides not to go back to him he will change the papers. Doubt he will. She is afraid of what he might do. How do I get an emergency custody hearing? She is afraid to go to school, feeling he will take her and not let her go. He is emotionally unstable. My therapist will testify. She has missed so much school due to depression, emotional trauma, etc. I have nothing in my life or past he can use to keep her from me. I need #s to lawyers who can help me ASAP. PLEASE
