Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My ex-husband has tried to commit sucide 3 times now, and I would like to know how I would go about getting custody of my kids back. He has a temp stipulation for it but wont go back to court or meadiation. The first 2 times all or one child was there or found him. Utah state thinks he's fine so they wont do any thing about it..

You must file a motion with the court seeking custody of your children. He can be compelled to go to mediation. You have a legal duty to protect your children and must act on this information to protect your children.
