Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Ex-wife wants to take away my husbands visitation

My husband has the bare minimum visitation set forth in the utah state guidelines. He follows the weekend and holiday schedule in section 30-3-35. His ex wife is now trying to take away ALL weekend visitation and half of the holidays. That means she would get his daughter for 3/4 of the holidays and every weekend in all 12 of the months. What grounds does she have to do this? How can a court to award these things, and what can my husband do to fight back to prevent losing his daughter. We now have his daughter who is 15 every other weekend and EVERY holiday we are entitiled to.
