Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My ex-wife has been making my son for the last 13 years go by his step-fathers last name. She asked me years ago to give up my 2 kids for adoption and I refused! My son wants to go by his real name but she is controlling. He is a senior now and quarterback of his high school football game and every article calls him by his stepfathers last name. Is there anything legally I can do about this? He is my son not his!

This has been an issue for me for years. When they were younger, and I would pick them up at their school, I was escorted out of the building because I was not a parent! I have had enough!

What can I do?

Take her to court and get a restraining order preventing her from doing it and ordering her to have your son identified by his correct name.
