family issue

I'm primary on a loan where the co-signer,my grandfather has taken the vechile to ohio with out my permission and is withholding the vechile from me. What legal actions can I take?

1. Go to Ohio and retake the vehicle

2. Have a repossessor in Ohio take the vehicle

3. File suit for possession

4. Make some agreement with grandfather for payment.
