Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

family problems

I have an ex-girlfriend whom I have a son with. He's been in daycare for 3 months and she has yet to show me a reciept, progress report, or even activities(shuch as homework type matierial). Is there anything I can do?

Not unless you have legal rights to the child. You will have to admit and maybe even prove paternity, then sue for court ordered visitation. You will of course be responsible for child support for the child.

You had the balls to conceive a child, now let's hope you have the balls to be a father. Don't make any more children out of marriage. Kids need both parents - in the same home and full time.
