My ex and her family will not honor the child custody order to keep me informed of my childrens were abouts and contact information they have his them from me for 10 years what can i do legally?

You can take her back to court and ask that she be held in contempt and get an order to enforce your visitation rights. One concern the court will have is why you have waited for such a long time to do anything about it. Nevertheless, I would recommend you move as quickly as possible to begin the necessary proceedings.
