I never merry ed my child father.the last time he has seen her she was 8months old she is now 5years old she don't know him.I have been getting some child support. I'v seen him two time in a store.both times he has stuck his noise up and left the store i do not have any contact with him. can i get him on abandonment.and what happens with abandonment. money is not afactor i will always take care of my child.i want to know the best thing to do should i leave things alone if he did come back and wants to go to court can i still get the abandonment.

He has already abandoned the child. You can go after him for child support if you want - however, because he has abandoned the child he will not be entitled to child visitation. OR do nothing, and you will not have to worry about him
