my fiance was divorced in oregon and has since moved to Utah with me. we are planning on getting married. can his exwife garnish my wages for his child support? i make almost 3 times as much as he does.

No, she can't garnish your wages for his child support obligation. However, if he is behind on his child support, any bank accounts in his name may be garnished and for that reason, you may want to avoid having any joint bank accounts with him.
