fighting for custody

my husband has custody of my son I have visition my son is now living with his grand parents what rights do I have with getting my son, he has sole custody but does that mean I have no right to say thsat if he isn't living with his dad that he should be living with me not his grandparents what do I do?

Re: fighting for custody

File for a change in custody. If your husband has sole custody, you still have rights of visitation, and can still file for a change of custody, including sole custody.
