That depends on where the child lives now and how long he or she has lived where they are.

Maybe. The UCCJA is a law which states that jurisdiction for visitation may at the option of the judges be held where the children have lived for the past 6 months, or the court where the original order was filed. It is up to the courts. You will probably need a lawyer to assist you .
