Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I would like to know if I have to file a change of vistion in washington state where my children live or can I file in the state of Utah where I live.

If you are trying to change visitation you have to file where your children have lived for the last 6 months. In Utah the children have to be here for six months in order for the court to have jurisdiction.
