I need to file a Motion to Withdraw Stipulation, my husband lied to me when he told me what was in our divorce decree stipulation, what do i need to show in order to get my stipulation removed? thanks

If you were unable to read the stipulation and relied on your husband's explanation which explanation was false, you can get the stipulation set aside. You need to have a very good reason for the court to believe that you could not read it and had good cause to rely on your husband.
