Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

i filed 4 custody for my baby, her dad contested it we now have a court date 4 him to try n get temp custody well he is in drug court has been 4 little over a year goes to court every 3 weeks was every 2 well the judge who we go in front of for the custody stuff is the same judge he has for drug court. wouln't that be a conflict of intrest n have to be contiuned in front of a different judge?

If the judge feels he is unduly prejudiced he will assign another judge.
