Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I filed for joint custody of my son so i can see him but, my ex has retained an attorney and he has stoped the order that was signed stating it was miss filed by his assistant. So here is my question i can prove some allegations that they have come up with but, not all of them how do i enter information into the case so the judge can see it before court date?

You facts are not clear. If there is an existing order signed by a judge you will need to have that reviewed by an attorney ASAP. If the order proceeded from a commissioner, then you have a very short time to seek a reconsideration or appeal of the recommendation. In any event you need immediate assistance from a competent lawyer.
