Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

i just found out that i am the father of a child but the mother wants me togive up my rights to it and i want to do it to but office of recovery services is coming after me for child support what do i have to do to give up my rights

You cannot "give up" your rights. You made a baby and have to pay until someone else wants to adopt it. Congratulations dad! If you want visitation rights you will have to go to court.
